My pulled groin muscle’s still bothering me. I hope I can go to a physiotherapist this month and get it professionally checked at last! Meanwhile I keep on running almost every day.
As you can see in the stats, my speed is the same as my last post but I’ve been increasing the distance. Now I’m doing about 3,38 km, closer to the 3,80 I was doing when I started having problems.
I run in the afternoon and it’s cold and kind of dark. I plan on writing about the apparel I wear, now that it’s windy and I can’t run fast enough to keep myself as warm as I wished ha ha.
