Short training + long walk

I’m slowly recovering from my injury, even though I still don’t dare to run faster than 8 something min/km. 8:07 today for 2,17 km. Buuut… today I ran up the stairs again 😄 wow I’ve missed this so much!

After my training I had to go on an errand, so I took a 40+ minute walk. I love running and I love walking, it feels good. In fact, I’ve been feeling a bit down lately and I’d say it’s related to the fact that I can’t exercise as much as I’d like to. I need my daily dose of dopamine, serotonin and endorphin 😄
