I beat most of my records 😄

Late update to say that I bested myself without even knowing! On March 8 I beat all my best paces except for the 5k (haven’t run that distance since last year) according to my Map Runner app, but I only noticed when I checked my general stats days later.

What a nice surprise! 😄 I’m certainly feeling better, and this motivates me to keep training and improving, even if it’s just a little bit each day.
